Terms are staged — 30% on order, 70% against inspection — the goods can be inspected before the balance moves, and the bank will speak to your bank.

Serials captured at intake, vendor entitlement checked before despatch, acquisition route stated on the quotation. Full refund and return freight if any unit fails a check at your end.

Tested before it ships
Every system is exercised under load — memory, storage, network and thermals — with the logs kept. Anything that throws an error is replaced, not re-queued.
