Terms of sale
These are the standard terms attached to quotations issued by Infrastructure Rack Orient Networks Limited. A signed supply agreement, where one exists, takes precedence over anything here.

Terms of sale
Quotations
Valid for seven calendar days unless stated otherwise on the document. Prices move with allocation and currency; a quotation that has expired will be re-issued rather than honoured on request. Tender validity periods are agreed in writing beforehand.
Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation, not when a purchase order is received. Build-to-order and allocated lines cannot be cancelled once the factory slot is taken.
Payment
T/T in advance, or letter of credit at sight, unless a credit account has been approved in writing. Approved accounts are 30 days net from invoice date. Title passes on cleared funds; risk passes per the agreed Incoterm.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates based on the lead time current at order confirmation. We notify you of any slip as soon as we are notified ourselves. Delay does not, on its own, entitle either party to cancel.
Warranty
New equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty, registered to the end user at despatch. Refurbished equipment carries the IRON twelve-month return-to-base warranty set out on the Refurbished page. Both are stated per line on the quotation.
Returns
Dead-on-arrival items are replaced at our cost when reported within fourteen days of delivery. Correctly supplied items ordered in error may be returned within fourteen days, unopened, subject to a restocking charge. Configured and build-to-order systems are not returnable.
Export control
You confirm that you are not a denied party and that the goods will not be re-exported in breach of applicable controls. We may decline or halt any order that fails screening, and will refund anything paid on an order we decline.
Governing law
The laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
