What we collect
Contact details you give us in an enquiry: name, company, work email, phone number, destination market and whatever you write in the message field. Server logs record IP address, user agent and pages requested. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell data to anybody.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, to quote, to fulfil an order, to meet our obligations under export-control and anti-money-laundering rules, and to keep the accounting records Hong Kong law requires us to keep.
Who sees it
Our own staff, and — only where an order requires it — freight forwarders, customs brokers and the vendor whose warranty is being registered. Screening checks are run against published denied-party lists. We do not transfer enquiry data anywhere else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders: 24 months. Order and accounting records: seven years, as required by the Inland Revenue Ordinance. Erasure certificates and chain-of-custody records for ITAD work: seven years.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to stop using it for anything other than our legal obligations. Write to the address below and we will respond within the statutory period.
